Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll (incl Social Insurance, tax, and audits).
- Ensure compliance.
- Process employee status changes (hires, terminations, transfers).
- Manage benefits program evaluation, planning, design, and administration.
- Be the primary contact for employees regarding benefits.
- Manage relationships with external vendors.
- Suggest & lead process improvement projects.
- Maintain employee files and HR-related invoices.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Benefits and Payroll processing.
- Must be fluent in Japanese.
- Experience with a global HR system (e.g., Workday) is preferred.
- Experience in similar industry (preferred, but not required).
