Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reporting systems.
• Provide detailed reports, data analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and stakeholders.
• Oversee cost management, inventory control, and product strategy.
• Conduct margin analysis.
• Analyze financial aspects of wholesale sales.
• Monitor and manage P&L, cash flow, working capital, and investments.
• Prepare and oversee mid-term plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience in finance.
• Expertise with inventory and cost management.
• Experience with international accounting standards
• Experience working in gaishikei companies (preferred).
• CPA (advantageous).
• Experience with ERP.
• Understanding of domestic accounting standards and tax laws.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
