当社のクライアントであるグローバルなリゾート＆プロパティマネジメント企業が、北海道の物件における財務管理を担当する会計マネージャーを募集しています。このポジションでは、複数の物件に渡る予算管理、報告、監査を行い、円滑な財務運営と透明性のある報告を実現するチャンスがあります。

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- 財務フローの管理：管理組合およびオーナーアカウントの財務フローを監督する。

- 財務報告書の作成：月次、四半期、年次の財務報告書を作成する。

- 外部監査の調整：外部監査を調整し、税理士との連携を図る。

- オーナーとの窓口：会計に関する事項でオーナーと連携する主要な窓口としての役割を果たす。

- 財務ガイドラインの策定：透明性のある報告を可能にするためのガイドラインを策定する。

- Oversee financial flows for Management Associations and Owner Accounts

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax accountants

- Act as primary liaison for owners on accounting matters

- Develop financial guidelines for transparent reporting

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- 会計、財務、または関連分野の学位を有すること。

- 会計または財務管理の実務経験5年以上。

- 日本の会計基準および税法に精通していること。

- 区分所有物件または管理組合の管理経験があれば尚可。

- SAPやOracleなどの財務報告ソフトウェアの使用経験。

- 北海道で勤務可能な方。

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 5+ years' experience in accounting or financial management

- Familiarity with Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations

- Experience managing strata-titled properties or management associations is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience with financial reporting software like SAP or Oracle

- Ability to work in Hokkaido
