Key Responsibilities / 業務内容:

- Manage monthly and annual financial closings
- Oversee accounts payable management
- Prepare and report owner financial reports
- Handle tax-related tasks including corporate and consumption tax
- Manage and input journal entries in English systems
- Supervise and manage accounting team members
- Issue invoices for hotel services
- Manage cash flow and cash management processes
月次・年次決算の管理
買掛金管理の監督
オーナー向けの財務報告書の作成と報告
法人税・消費税などの税務関連業務の処理
英語システムでの仕訳入力
会計チームの指導と管理
ホテルサービスに関する請求書の発行
キャッシュフローと現金管理プロセスの管理

Qualifications / 応募資格:

- Knowledge equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 2 (Boki 2)
- Approximately 5 years of accounting experience
- Comfortable with English systems and willing to learn
- Experience with hotel accounting systems
- Experience in tax-related tasks (corporate, consumption, withholding)
- Experience managing a team
- Familiarity with Japanese tax regulations
簿記2級程度の知識
約5年の会計業務経験
英語システムに慣れており、学ぶ意欲がある方
ホテル会計システムの経験
法人税、消費税、源泉税などの税務関連業務の経験
チーム管理の経験
日本の税制に精通している方
