Accounting Assistant Manager | Hospitality 経理アシスタントマネージャー ホスピタリティ

Our client, a hotel in the hospitality industry, is seeking an Accountant/Accounting Assistant Manager to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance while supervising a team and contributing to process improvements.

ホスピタリティ業界のホテルにて、経理チームを支える経理副部長を募集しています。このポジションでは、財務報告の正確性とコンプライアンスを確保しつつ、チームを管理し、プロセス改善にも貢献していただきます。

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- 月次、四半期、年次の財務報告書の作成

- 日常の経理業務の管理（売掛金・買掛金を含む）

- 内部および外部監査の調整と文書提供

- 資産保護のための内部統制の実施と監視

- ジュニア経理チームメンバーの指導と監督

- ホテル運営を支援するための財務インサイトの提供

- 予算計画および予測活動への参加

- 効率性向上のためのプロセス改善の提案

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable and payable

- Coordinate internal and external audits, providing documentation

- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets

- Supervise and guide junior accounting team members

- Provide financial insights to support hotel operations

- Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities

- Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- 日本語を母国語とする方

- 会計、財務、または関連分野の学士号

- 3～5年の会計経験、うち1年は管理経験

- Microsoft Excelや会計システムの熟練度

- ビジネスレベルの英語ができれば尚可

- Opera、PeopleSoft、または類似のERPシステムの経験があれば尚可

- ホスピタリティ業界での経験があれば尚可

- Must be a native Japanese speaker

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 3–5 years of accounting experience, 1 year in supervisory role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

- Fluent in business-level English is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience with Opera, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP systems is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
