業務内容:

財務コントローラーと協力して戦略的財務計画を策定
JGAAPに基づいた月次財務報告書の作成と分析
差異分析を行い、管理層へのコメントを提供
年間予算編成と予測プロセスの調整
法定報告および税務規制の遵守を確保
財務スタッフおよび外部会計チームの監督
新しいホテルイニシアチブの財務評価をサポート
財務プロセスの効率化と管理の強化
日本の財務チームとシンガポール本社との連携

- Collaborate with Financial Controller for strategic financial planning
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports per JGAAP
- Conduct variance analysis and provide management commentary
- Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and tax regulations
- Supervise Finance staff and outsourced accounting team
- Support financial evaluations for new hotel initiatives
- Enhance financial processes for efficiency and control
- Liaise between Japan finance team and Singapore head office

応募資格:

ファイナンスまたは会計学の学士号
ホスピタリティ業界での5年以上の経験
英語と日本語に堪能
日本の財務規制および税法に関する知識
日本の会計基準（JGAAP）の確かな理解
SAPまたはその他のERPプラットフォーム経験
財務モデリングと分析経験
財務報告および差異分析経験
予算編成と予測プロセスの経験
プロセス改善と内部統制の経験

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- 5+ years experience in hospitality industry
- Proficient in English and Japanese
- Knowledge of Japan’s financial regulations and tax legislation
- Solid grasp of Japanese GAAP
- Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Experience in financial reporting and variance analysis
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Experience in process improvement and internal controls
