We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join a leading company in the hospitality industry in Niseko. This role is important for managing the financial operations of a property management business that handles 20 properties and works with 600 owners. The position offers flexibility to work from home, little overtime, and employee discounts during off-peak seasons. 主な業務内容：

- 財務ディレクターと協力し、財務プロセスの改善を図る
- 財務報告書の作成およびコンプライアンス確認
- 予算編成、予測、および財務計画の支援
- 財務記録の保持と監査を通じてデータの正確性を確保
- 国内外の財務取引をサポートし、日本語の流暢さと基本的な英語スキルが必要

応募資格：

- 日本語のネイティブレベルの流暢さと良好な英語スキル
- ホスピタリティ業界での経験が望ましい、確かな会計経験
- 強い分析力と細部への注意力
