We are looking for an Account Manager to handle luxury travel services for Western clients at a top travel agency in Tokyo. Your main task will be to create personalized travel experiences, ensuring each client receives top-notch service. You will work in a lively, multicultural team with a mix of office and remote work. This role promises a challenging yet rewarding experience in delivering exclusive travel packages.

主な業務内容

- 主要顧客の窓口担当者として、チームが顧客のニーズを満たすことを保証する
- グローバルな顧客と直接コミュニケーションをとり、明確かつ効果的なやり取りを行う
- ツアーの損益管理を担当し、財務目標を達成する
- 顧客やサプライヤーと条件を交渉し、最適な取引を実現する

応募資格

- チームマネジメントの経験
- 英語での強力な交渉力とコミュニケーション能力
- 損益管理の経験
- 日本語と英語以外の言語知識があれば尚可
- スピード感のあるスタートアップのような環境での強いリーダーシップ
