Fantastic opportunity to join a large International firm with multiple sites across Japan. This lead role will sit in the corporate office here in Tokyo overseeing all sites as VP of HR.

Due to the nature of the role, this position will require a flexible schedule/lifestyle as you will be travelling all over Japan quite frequently. Honestly speaking this firm does have quite a few fires to put out so the role will be difficult. Due to the challenging nature of the role the firm have included project based incentives that accumulate to 20% of the annual salary budgeted for 18M.

The role partners closely with APAC and thus will require strong business skills. Native Japanese language is *mandatory* as this role will require communication with the Japanese labor bureau.
