A MNC located outside of Tokyo is now looking for a Senior HR Manager to oversee organizational development as well as re-establish HR infrastructure. The site is not central, so will require a relocation in which the firm shall compensate for and support. They provide an excellent relocation package and childcare services.
Key areas of experience the company is looking for are in Organizational Development, Employee Relations, as well as a strong understanding of Japanese Labor Law.
