Required Skills

• Native level Japanese
• Business level English
• 5 years’ experience as an Investment Research Analyst or comparable role
• Strong analytical background
• Ability to analyze complex or diverse information
• Must maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate integrity
• Accountable, Adaptable and flexible
• Ability to work in teams and assist with due diligence efforts
• Strong work ethic with an ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail & ability to multi-task  
• Efficient time-management
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
