You will be responsible for driving and delivering marketing campaigns in line with our business strategies. You will be managing teams in Retail Marketing, VM and Store Design. You will work with Retail Marketing, Wholesale Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Store Design Communication. You will report directly to the Global Head of Channel Marketing. Experience in management of channel marketing for international fashion brands a distinct advantage.

Good communication is key to this role. You will be working for an international company and consulting with teams across the business. You should be comfortable working in English and Japanese.

Required Skills

• Native-level Japanese
• Business-level English
• 10 years’ experience
• 5 years’ experience in a Senior Strategic Retail Marketing Management role
• Track record in Retail, VM, Marketing Plans and Campaigns
• Broad experience across multiple distribution channels
• Good knowledge of Retail Operations
• Excellence in Retail Marketing and Consumer journeys
• Strategic thinker, operational and commercially minded
• Extensive understanding of consumers and competitors
• Functional expertise in Retail Marketing, a good understanding of VM strategies
• International work experience
• Results orientated
• Strong presentation & communication skills
