American Financial Services Firm is looking for a Sales Support Specialist, who can work in tandem with 8 Salespeople and their Buy-Side/Investment Client-base.

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking in Japanese
• Client relationship management in Native Japanese
• Sales Force experience would be greatly appreciated
• Good working knowledge of Excel/application system

(Preferred Background)

• Around 2 - 5 years work experience within Sales Support or an Operations role.
• Act as point of control to ensure correct booking of sales revenues in Sales Force
• Ability to articulate clear ideas/strategies both verbally and in writing
• Communication skill both in Japanese and English, verbally and in writing
• Based on the signed contracts, provide the sales team with opportunity support including cancellations for both new and renewal opportunities
