The company is looking to hire a Sales Director to lead and grow service provider business in Japan.
You will be leading a major initiative in sales both directly and indirectly by using partners and distributors within the country.
This is an exclusive opportunity to build business and potentially build a team as the company is growing to a very high pace due to significant key customer acquisition on a global scale.
Your Responsibilities
- Grow and lead a team responsible for selling an highly innovative and disruptive solutions
- Lead sales and manage P&L to deliver against revenue targets and overcome them.
- Create and lead strategic sales plans
- Build a team in a continue rythm to build as the business and revenue growth requires.
- Develop and grow C level relationships with customers and partners to develop high-potential opportunities.
- Propose sales forecasts and budgets to achieve quotas.
The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed
- 10+ years of recent success as a Senior Sale Executive leading and growing teams within a networking technology company in Japan.
- Knowledge of Juniper and/or Cisco products (similar vendors will also be strongly considered)
- Experience working with distribution, service delivery and partner channels.
- Have a solid mix of sales and business capabilities.
- Strong ability to develop sales and be independant.
- Self-starter and motivated with hunting mindset and work in a startup environment
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
