A prominent real estate investment firm is looking to grow their team via the hiring of a new Analyst / Associate in Tokyo. This position will report to and work directly with the firms Managing Director, and is an excellent opportunity to gain skills and experience within the Real Estate Investment industry. 

*Note that this position is open to candidates possessing strong Excel and Analytical skills without prior Real Estate experience as well!

Your Responsibilities

• Create Real Estate Financial Models
• Due Diligence
• Prepare Memos for Investment Committee
• Be involved in deal flow from sourcing to closing

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate or other related Financial Services Industry
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Native Japanese, Business level English
