You will be managing the development of our operational processes. You will collaborate with our IT and design teams to streamline our processes. You will also be working on improvements to define, monitor and report on projects. You should have excellent knowledge of the ITIL environment.

This is a position is ideal a bi-lingual professional. You will need to be fluent in Japanese and English.

Required Skills

• Fluent level Japanese and English.
• Management experience in an IT operations environment.
• Knowledge of service and design in an ITIL environment.
• 10 years’ experience in 1 of the following areas:
• Service Design & Introduction in an ITIL environment.
• Operational management in an ITIL environment.
• Lean (or similar methods).
• Excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with different departments throughout a business.
• Quick to understand a subject, challenge or requirement.
• Offer constructive feedback and drive change.
• Leadership skills to train people, drive projects, and deliver results.
