The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Masters degree or Phd in relevant field
• Must have: at least 3 years of experience on Machine learning developing and implementing ML algos . You must be comfortable working at an Algo level
• Must Have: industry experience (PhD thesis won't be enough) 
• Must Have: proven industry experience with NLP, Recommender system or search engines
• Fluency in English / Japanese would be a plus
