Specialized Group’s client is a Major Player in the Japanese PTS Market.  

Your Responsibilities          

Planning internal audits, reviewing business processes, creating reports, monitoring and following up on improvements, information linking with the parent company's internal audit department, and discussions with audit firms. The departments subject to internal audits are each department of the Company, including the IT department (external customers are not subject to audit by the Internal Audit Department).

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

• Experience in internal audit department at financial institutions (securities companies, banks, trust banks, investment advisory)
• Experience in internal audits at financial institutions and FSA and other authorities.
• Have communication skills in English.
• Understand industry laws and regulations.
