Big opportunity to work with a global streaming company that is growing fast worldwide and now is hiring in Japan their first Head of Customer Experience Strategy role! The role will start as a stand alone position, where you report to the vice president of CX, and have the opportunity in the future to build your own team!

The job is an internal consulting type, where you can work with local clients to implement their CX strategy and support their execution.


    • At least 3 years experience in IT
    • Fluency in Japanese and English
    • Stalkeholder management and influencing skillset
    • Experience across strategy, proposing development, insights and planning
    • Understanding of the linkage between customer experience
