Take leadership of the planning of education and training to develop and improve customer service skills of store managers and staff. This training will cover business content and classroom training, OJT training at operation and storefront.
Work closely with HQ to develop Japan targeted material, managing budget and schedules. Liase with various departments to feedback on results and develop new training and support initiatives.
