The Finance Manager is responsible for analyzing, reporting on, and managing our accounting interests. This role is a key position for the future growth of the company. The selected person will be supporting and reporting to the Financial Controller. The Finance Manager functions as a key analytical expert for the company, in providing insight and support for business decisions.

You will be liaising with different teams, so good communication skills are essential. You will need business level English language and Fluent level Japanese language skills for this position.

Required Skills

• Native-level Japanese.
• Business-level English.
• 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience with the capitalization of assets, yearly closing tasks, financial planning, fiscal bookings, overseeing accruals, monitoring a financial structure, and asset reconciliations.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
