FP&A Analyst at a world-famous US retail company

Analyst in the area of financial reporting and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and actual result analysis in the Finance Department

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
 Prepare managerial and financial reports and analyze the results with accuracy, timeliness, and completeness based on the most updated business situation
 Maintain monthly forecast and budget by facilitating internal business partners
 Monitor sales, gross margin, and store/company profit performance against budget/forecast
 Provide the financial analysis and insights which are relevant to the decision making
 Support cross functional activities which requires finance knowledge

Internal: Finance team Strong communication link with finance colleagues is crucial to maintain the proper data and submit the report in time

External: Region / Global PVH associates

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
 3 years or more working experience in FP&A/Finance Department at Multinational Company
 Experience in retail/apparel industry is desirable
 Experience in consulting firm/investment bank is a plus

Education:
 CPA and/or MBA desirable

Skills:
 Commercial mindset in tandem with the technical financial literacy
 Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
 Knowledge of SAP/HFM/Essbase advantage
 Written and oral English that must be practical to communicate with overseas counterparts (TOEIC 800 or more)
