Business Planning:

• Act as lead for long-term planning and operating plan
• Work with key function leaders to develop and implement cost saving initiatives
• Prepare budget and forecast

Reporting:

• Conduct reporting to regional and global offices
• Work closely with shared-service accounting to settle discrepancy in reporting
• Lead business review and join cross-functional projects to improve efficiency

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Strong leadership experience in financial planning and reporting
• Proactive team-player and effective communicator with the business team
• Able to drive process and system improvements to boost productivity
• High proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
