Your Responsibilities
- Building and strengthening long-term relationships internally and with customers
- Budgeting, forecasting, hiring, sales management
- Management of a team of 10+ Inside Sales professionals / goal-setting
- Management of all client escalations
- Offshore relationship management (internal)
- Partner relationship management
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- Native-level Japanese / Business-level English
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Extensive experience in the enterprise software space
- Understanding of Customer Success concepts
- 3-5 years’ leadership experience
- Results oriented
