An European gaming company with several studios across the world is recruiting for Community Representative. They are looking for 2 profiles to cover their Asian market communities.

About the Company

It publishes games for a large range of video game franchises and is one of the largest publicly traded game company in both America and Europe in terms of revenue and market capitalization.

Your Responsibilities

As Community Representative you will be responsible for daily interaction with the fan base for all of their games (with a focus on F2P).

If you consider yourself a gamer who is comfortable with online communities and social media, then this role could be a great opportunity for you to be part of a very dynamic and fast pasted environment into a thrieving and continuously soaring industry

The Community Representative is responsible for engaging with & listening to players on Social Media & Community channels, to ultimately influence the players to become active ambassadors.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

  • 1-2 years experience in Community or Social media related role
  • Not older than 35yo
  • Native Chinese OR Korean speaker
  • Fluent English
  • Strong understanding of social media services, mechanics, and trends
  • Previous experience with user moderation and conversation management in a digital/online environment
