Your Responsibilities

The position is broad in scope where you will be covering all client related activity for the firm in Japan where your responsibilities will include: 

• First point of contact for the firm's clients 
• Resolving client queries and issues quickly and efficiently 
• Liaising with various internal groups both locally and regionally
• Support new business initiatives and product launch
• Identifying potential cross selling opportunities
• Working on various local and global projects and initiatives 

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Proactive and able to demonstrate high levels of initiative 
• Client focused with strong commercial awareness
• Ideally experience working a Client Service capacity within Financial Services 
• Strong analytical and technical abilities
• Excellent communication in Japanese and English
