Your New Career Opportunity

A Global Insurance Company is currently looking for a Billing Center Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Product owner for customer and call center interface managing customer journey related to monetary transactions (e.g. premium payment), leveraging latest technology

  • Understand current billing center definition and (Guidewire solution for premiums) defining the vision of billing center
  • Managing and prioritizing product backlog
  • Ensure development team understand the backlog
  • Design and develop functionality that will ensure better customer journey as well as process simplification
  • Being a primary liaison between the team working on billing center from different divisions and stakeholders

2. Premium collection control and accounting

  • Monitor the daily premium collection process (Direct debit, credit card, CVS, etc)
  • Reconcile premium collections with banks account movements
  • Validate the proper accounting of premiums related posting (premium issued, premium collected, suspense accounts, premium cancelled, etc)
  • Generate reports related to premiums (collected, uncollected, by payment method, etc)

This position offers the possibility to work close to business daily operations while innovating in the development of new functionalities in billing center to improve and simplify customers journey leveraging on digitalization and technology.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

  • Prior experience in accounting-related positions is a plus
  • Prior experience in Insurance industry is a plus
  • Prior experience in accounting/ audit firm is a plus
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management/Business or related academic field]
  • Understanding of J GAAP accounting and their interpretation (equivalent to Nissho bookkeeping second grade)
  • Advanced English Communication skill (Email and basic verbal communication)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel. Can handle large amount of data
  • Good understanding of Data structure and system flow
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Flexibility and appetite to learn
  • Good communication skills. Ability to make people in different fields understand (IT, Data, Operation etc,) the tasks and their priority
