It is an American IT software service provider who is focusing in cloud technology. Since they are expanding their operations in Japan to industry leading players (GAFA included), they are looking for a big data support engineer to help them with their expanding project.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide support to product users using cloud platform tools including Big Data services. 
• Improving and adding new features to existing products by collaborating with engineers and managers.
• Provide technical support and incident management. 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

• Either business Japanese (JLPT N2) or Chinese. Business English is a must.
• 3+ years of experience as a developer or big data engineer.
• Proficient at programming on either Java/Scala/Python/C++ and languages such as Python/PHP/R
• Experience with Big Data technologies and frameworks such as Hadoop/Spark.
