Specialized Group is looking for a back end/server side engineer in Tokyo.

Our Client

Our client is an interesting health tech company who is focusing in newest technologies in data. Their mission is to tackle the rising issues in the medical/health and fitness area on both the patient and healthcare providers' sides. Since they are expanding their operations in Japan to industry leading players, they are looking for a server-side engineer to help them with their expanding project.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide support to product users using cloud platform tools including Big Data services. 
• Improving and adding new features to existing products by collaborating with engineers and managers.
• Provide technical support and incident management. 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

• Either business Japanese (JLPT N2 or above). English is optional.
• 3+ years of experience as a back end developer (Huge plus if you have skills in Ruby on Rails)
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
