Jesse brings more than 12 years of experience in the Japanese recruitment market to Specialized Group. He's successfully filled requisitions at all seniorities - from associate to partner levels at law firms, as well as heads of legal and general counsel at both multinational and domestic companies. He is skilled in handling senior and confidential partner-level roles, often working on retainer.
