Andrew Allen is a member of the Legal & Compliance recruitment team at Specialized Group, where he specializes in the placement of lawyers in law firms and in-house in Japan.
He used to practice law in the United States and Japan at international law firms where he represented clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters related to a wide variety of asset classes, including industrial, office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use projects.
Andrew received his J.D. from William and Mary Law School and his B.A. from Georgia Southern University.
Prior to law school, Andrew was an English instructor in Kobe and also studied Japanese in Nagoya.
Andrew is a native speaker of English and can communicate to clients in Japanese. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.”
