We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations at an award winning Michelin Star restaurant in Gion, Kyoto.
The restaurant is open to hotel guests and the general public.

You will be primarily responsible for the experience, service design, organization, and team structure appropriate for a world-class luxury resort brand. This is a great opportunity for you to input your own ideas into our services and operations

Experience

• Background in management or supervisor role in a luxury Restaurant or Hotel
• Experience leading or managing a Team
• Passion to lead the restaurant and provide a top tier experience
• Language: Japanese (business) English (daily conversation)
