One of my clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a new HRBP to expand their team and to support one of their business units.
This is a true HRBP position where this HRBP will act as a consultant and a partner to leaders and managers where they will provide strategic advice with any HR challenges they experience.
The focus will be strategic HR consulting as well as organizational development-having this experience is not mandatory, but rather, they are looking for someone with well-rounded experience in HR who wants to step up into a more strategic HRBP role.
This firm currently is on a hybrid working style, and has flextime.
