Job Title: Director of Data and Analytics

Location: Tokyo

Job Overview: The Director of Data and Analytics will lead our data and analytics team to drive strategic insights and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of hands-on experience working as a Data Scientist/ Data Analyst building data analytics and IA capabilities.

Looking for experience with:

- Collaboration with teams to identify new use cases and opportunities to accelerate the business;

- Set and communicate Analytics and AI strategy and roadmap;

- Management and team development;

- Be bilingual in English and Japanese;

- Be based in Japan already;
