Luxury Hotel - Assistant General Manager (Niseko, Japan)

Join an exclusive luxury hotel in Niseko as the Assistant General Manager.

We are looking for an ambitious Manager Level candidate to join the team and lead one of Niseko's most exclusive hotels.

As the person in charge of the hotel and each department, you will be responsible for directing, judging, controlling, and managing the hotel while supporting the General Manager.

Tasks

• Hotel Management: Establish and management of the annual budget
• Lead administrative tasks associated with the hotel's facilities and operations
• Support your staff - hiring and training
• Foster and grow company values
• Planning and execution of initiatives to create value and build external networks

Requirements

• 2 years experience leading a Hotel team or department as Assistant Manager or Manager
• Luxury Hotel experience preferred
• Native Japanese Language, Business Level English
• Ability to be a leader and have good people skills
• Hotel Operation experience in Rooms or F&B would be ideal
• Ability to relocate and live in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan
