We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations at a Vehicle Preparation Center. 主要業務内容：
- - 生産目標および出荷スケジュール達成に向けた戦略の策定と実行
- - 戦略の開発、目標設定、進捗管理に重点を置いた運営管理
- - 品質基準の遵守および納期影響問題への対応
- - 外部業者との交渉および予算・コスト管理
- - 生産進捗の報告と新たな課題への対応

- - チームとの協力とリーダーシップの実績
- - 自動車業界での5年以上の経験
- - 自動車整備士資格（3級）
- - 安全基準と規制に関する深い知識
- - 財務分析を含む強力な分析スキル
- - 社内外との優れたコミュニケーション能力

- - 英語（ビジネスレベル）の能力
