Company Overview:

  • A global insurance company is seeking a Workplace Technical Project Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Predict resources required to achieve objectives and manage resources effectively
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Track project costs to ensure budgets are met
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement


  • Must be residing in Japan
  • Fully bilingual in English and Japanese (TOEIC 860+, JLPT N2)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/negotiation skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Project Manager at enterprise-level global companies
  • Experience in Global Financial companies preferred (Investment, Bank, Insurance, etc.)
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management under ITIL Framework (SLA, IPC Management, CMDB)
  • Project Management certificate (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master)
  • Experience in Multi-discipline teams
  • Commercial awareness on Modern Workplace solutions
  • Technical expertise in Digital Workplace fields such as Microsoft products, Mobility, ID & Authentication, Security, Multimedia, Virtualization, Cloud, and Network is desirable.
