Visual Merchandising Manager

WINDOW & INSTORE DISPLAY
- Boost and quality control of the all-store image, store openings, popups and local events
- Produce store openings, popups, special promotions window displays through discussion with Worldwide VM team
- Make and implement localized VM strategy based on global VM guideline to maximize sales through the Visual Merchandising
- Act as contact for all visual merchandising enquiries and solve problems
- Manage VM props

TEAM
Manage, train and develop the VM team and Store VM staff to meet the highest VM standards

QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in Japanese and Business level in English
- Position requires minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive Visual Merchandising experience including people management
- Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
- Superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
- Detail oriented, highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
