【プロジェクト事例】 国内大手商社向けに、従業員体験（EX）を最大化する社内ポータルやAIサービスの企画・設計・開発プロジェクトに参画。
UXリサーチや生成AIの活用を通じて、利用者起点の体験価値を構築します。
【主な業務内容】
- UXリサーチ（ユーザーインサイト調査、ワークショップ等）
- サービス／プロダクトの企画・設計（カスタマージャーニー設計など）
- 国内外のデザイナー・エンジニアとの連携・ディレクション
- チームマネジメントやプロジェクトリード
- UX設計またはデザインプロセスの実務経験
- デジタルサービス／プロダクト開発経験
- UXリサーチ経験（定性/定量分析、ユーザー観察等）
- チームマネジメントまたはリード経験
- UI/UXディレクション経験
- 生成AI活用プロジェクトへの関与経験
- スクラム等アジャイル環境での実務経験
- 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
- Power Platform やマーケティングオートメーションの知識
- 正社員（裁量労働制）
- 年収：スキル・経験により決定（昇給・賞与あり）
- 勤務時間：9:00〜18:00（フレックスタイム制あり）
- 休日：完全週休2日制（土日祝）、年末年始、有給、慶弔休暇など

⭐Experience Design Consultantー Join a global leader in digital transformation as an Experience Design Consultant—where innovation meets user-centricity.⭐
🧩 About the Role In this role, you will lead strategic design initiatives that merge human-centered design with emerging technologies such as generative AI. Working alongside global teams—including UI/UX experts and tech professionals across Asia and Europe—you will help design and deliver transformative customer and employee experiences (CX/EX).
🚀 Project Highlight You will join a high-impact project for a major Japanese trading company, aiming to reinvent internal digital experiences through the creation of intelligent portals and AI-driven services. By conducting deep UX research and leveraging AI tools, you will help define and deliver a forward-thinking employee experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research (interviews, workshops, user journey analysis)
- Plan and design new services/products based on user insights
- Lead projects and manage stakeholders across regions
- Collaborate with international UI/UX and technology teams
- Hands-on experience in UX design or design process implementation
- Involvement in digital service/product development projects
- Experience with UX research (qualitative/quantitative)
- Team leadership or project management experience
- UI/UX direction or creative leadership
- Experience in services/products utilizing generative AI
- Background in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Business-level English communication
- Familiarity with tools such as Power Platform, CDP, or MA platforms
- Employment Type: Full-time (Discretionary Work System)
- Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (Flexible hours available, core time 10:00–16:00)
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills (with annual raises & bonus)
