🔶 Key Requirements

• Minimum of 7y experience, with 5+ years as product / business analyst or related role.
• Business level in both Japanese and English
• Experience in technology portfolio and product management using Agile framework.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and life science business domain.
• Knowledgeable of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Experience with digital experience solutions, Case Management, or CRM implementation preferred.
