We are looking for a Team Manager for Food Supply Chain Operations at a well-established food solutions company. This role involves leading a team and improving supply chain operations. 主な職務内容：
- チームメンバー10名以上を指導し、高い業績とチームワークを確保する。
- 調達、受注処理、在庫管理、物流などの日常業務を管理する。
- 生産性と顧客満足度を向上させるために、標準作業手順（SOP）を改善する。
- 内部および外部のパートナーと協力して運営上の課題を解決する。
- 戦略的決定をサポートするための業績報告書を作成・管理する。
応募資格：
- 事業またはBPO環境での運営管理経験が3年以上あり、そのうち10名以上のチーム管理経験が3年以上あること。
- 業務システム選定・導入、3PL在庫管理、業務プロセス再構築（BPR）プロジェクトの経験。
- 受注処理または顧客サービスにおける生産性、財務、品質管理の成功実績。
