We are looking for a Tax Department Manager for a well-known company in the manufacturing industry, based in Tokyo. The main focus is on handling local tax duties and helping with global tax projects. You'll lead a small team and report to the Head of Tax. While you don't need deep international tax knowledge, you must have strong local tax experience.

主な業務内容：
- - 国内税申告書の作成および提出を行い、現地の法律を遵守する。
- - 国際税務の計画を支援し、グローバルな税務管理をサポートする。
- - 財務チームと連携し、税務監査および財務報告を行う。
- - ビジネス運営やM&Aに関連する税務問題に関して専門的なアドバイスを提供する。
- - 移転価格ポリシーと関連文書を管理する。
- - 必要に応じて税務当局とコミュニケーションを取る。
応募資格：
- - 企業、アドバイザリー、コンサルティングなどでの国内税務における豊富な経験。
- - 国際税務の基本的な知識。
- - ビジネスコミュニケーションにおける英語力。
- - 多様でグローバルなチームで円滑に業務を進める能力。
- - 税務または会計の専門資格（例：公認会計士、税理士）。
- - 国際的または製造業の企業での経験。
