Key Responsibilities:

- Source and hire talent for Refund Operations in Japan
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Refund Operators
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout hiring process
- Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks

Qualifications:

- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms; Workday experience is a plus
- Experience recruiting in customer service environments
