Our client are a global leader in online media, seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to lead a large team at a tier-1 company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a large TA team.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop hiring strategy.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and onboard prospective talent.
- Spearhead transformative initiatives and projects aimed at refining recruiting operations.
- Guarantee a seamless candidate journey, from initial contact through to offer stage, with a focus on transparent communication and inclusive practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in a talent management role.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment processes.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in finalizing roles with senior and executive-level candidates.
- A solutions-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset.
