We are looking for a Systems Engineer with expertise in radar signal processing and electronic warfare.

主な業務内容

- レーダーおよび電子戦システムの仕様書作成・設計文書化
- 信号処理アルゴリズムの設計、データ分析、MATLABやPythonを用いたシミュレーション
- ハードウェアとソフトウェアの統合テストを行い、システムの信頼性とパフォーマンスを確保
- エンジニアリングチームを率いてプロジェクトを管理
- お客様とのコミュニケーションを通じ、システムの改善提案や運用上の課題解決を行う
- 国際的なメーカーでのトレーニングを通じた製品知識の習得と、それを活かした電子戦評価の改善

応募資格

- レーダーまたは電子戦機器の研究開発における3年以上の経験
- シミュレーションおよびRF回路技術に精通
- リアルタイム制御およびデジタル技術の経験があれば尚可
- 防衛機器やシステムに関する知識があれば尚可
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
