A leading global luxury brand is looking for a Store Planning Project Manager in Tokyo. This role involves managing retail store projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in retail project management, especially in the luxury sector, and can effectively work with internal teams and external partners.

主な業務内容:

• プロジェクトの開始から完了までを管理し、費用、品質、期限をしっかりと守る。
• 百貨店や不動産オーナー、社内チームと調整を行い、プロジェクトを円滑に進行させる。
• 入札プロセスを管理し、見積もりの交渉や国内外での資材や設備の購入を行う。
• 生産および施工の各段階で高品質基準を確保する。
• ジュニアメンバーの指導を行い、強力で協力的なチームを構築する。
• 業界知識を活用して、潜在的なプロジェクトリスクを予見し対処する。

応募資格:

• ラグジュアリーブランドでの経験が望ましい、3-5年のリテール店舗プロジェクトマネージメント経験。
• 英語における優れた会話および文書作成能力。
• Microsoft Officeに精通していること。CADスキルがあれば尚可。
• 優れたコミュニケーションと交渉スキルを持つチームプレイヤー。
• 正確さに重点を置く、細部にわたる注意力。
