業務内容

• 日本国内の固定収入商品に関する取引処理（現金取引、レポ取引を含む）。
• 担保管理とマージン管理の実施。
• 規制報告の実施と現行基準への準拠。
• 決済関連の問題の特定と解決、複雑なケースのエスカレーション。
• 新規プロジェクト、サービス、プラットフォームのアップグレードへの貢献。
• 取引プロセスの強化とリスク軽減のための方針策定。
• 新人チームメンバーへの指導とトレーニング。
• 意思決定と行動における法規制、倫理基準の遵守。

応募資格

• 金融業界での関連職種における2〜5年の経験。
• 金融商品、会計、規制ポリシーに関する知識。
• 英語および日本語におけるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションスキル。
• 日本国内の固定収入商品に関する経験（望ましい）。
