Service Delivery Associate Director (Tech / Professional Services)

Our client are a global technology / professional services company at the cutting edge of BPO. They're recruiting an Associate Director of Service Delivery. The suitable candidate will have an IT background, strong leadership skills, and ambition for a highly strategic role.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage the business operations / P&L,
• - Develop business plans.
• - Improve contact centre operations & processes (including resource management, operational efficiency, quality).
• - Lead budgeting, expansion, and operational planning across different departments.
• - Develop strong client relationships.
• - Work with global solutions team
• - Identify market opportunities and drive business growth in various regions.

Requirements:

• - 5+ years of operations experience within a BPO.
• - At least 3 years of experience in managing people.
• - Fluent in Japanese
• - IT background; ability to effectively communicate with technical staff.
• - Experience working in a global organization.
