主な業務内容：

- 合併・買収と資本提携を含む成長戦略の策定。
- 製品、技術、サービスの市場評価とグローバル市場の機会分析。
- 新市場参入戦略の立案とリスク評価。
- 投資と事業の評価、戦略的優先順位の設定。
- 長期戦略の開発と戦略的実施のサポート。

必要条件：

- M&A戦略、事業開発、国際展開などの経験。
- グローバルプロジェクト管理の知識。
- CPR、TMT、LS/HC、スタートアップ分野での専門知識が望ましい。
