About the Role
They are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help design, build, and maintain the infrastructure behind our U.S. product operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize system capacity, performance, and cost in production and development environments
- Improve system availability, scalability, and latency through automation and software solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction and documentation
- Collaborate with teams across regions (Japan and U.S.)
- Join a small, high-impact team with ownership over end-to-end infrastructure for millions of users
- Close collaboration with product and business teams to ensure customer-centric solutions
- Work with talented engineers across time zones in a diverse, global environment
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong experience managing production MySQL clusters and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
- Skilled with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid programming experience
- Excellent English communication skills
